PEPPERS THE LOUISE- THE APPELLATION CHAMPAGNE EXPERIENCE
For lovers of fine champagne and quality food, Peppers The Louise award-wining restaurant, The Appellation, has planned a series of simply decadent champagne dinners. Executive Chef Mark McNamara and The Appellation culinary team have created a menu to reflect and highlight the complexity and quality of the champagnes on offer. Some of the most revered champagnes will be available, including Louis Roederer, Bollinger, Krug and Moet to name but a few. Celebrate this Christmas season in style at this newly renovated luxury vineyard retreat in the beautiful Barossa.

CAMEL TO CANDLELIGHT DINNER
Imagine trekking through spectacular bush scenery on a camel, exploring ancient gorges and spotting kangaroos in the twilight, followed by a candlelit dinner as the sun sets on the outback horizon. Nothing beats a two-course gourmet dining experience in the middle of the Flinders Ranges, and what’s more, you don’t have to do a thing! Treat yourself to a delicious menu including a damper dip with locally produced olive oil and ground pistachio dukkah, followed by the main course, prime beef steak, crusted with Australian Desert herbs served with smash potato and vegetables. This scrumptious meal is accompanied by premium Australian beer and wine. The Camel to Candlelight dinners are organised by Pichi Richi Camel Tours, who have many packaged tours available.

MIDDLE RIVER LOOKOUT- KANGAROO ISLAND
Escape to Middle River Lookout, Kangaroo Island, an architecturally designed stone house with spectacular coast and beach views. Located on top of Constitution Hill, just three kilometres from the beautiful Snellings Beach and Middle River, Middle River Lookout is the perfect spot for a seaside escape. Tanunda Cellars, located in the picturesque Barossa wine region, is a quality wine institution with one of the largest range of vintage wines available at retail in Australia. Founded in 1999 by a group of dedicated wine lovers and businessmen from all over the world, Tanunda Cellars enjoys a long history of producing awarding wining wines at reasonable prices. New to the winery, Tanunda Cellars are now hosting in store tastings every Friday at 3pm. These tastings will showcase small wine producers that have limited release wines, so it’s a great opportunity to try different vintages and varieties.
