BAROSSA ROSE AND FLOWER SHOW
3-4 November
The Barossa Rose and Flower Show encourages competition from the Barossa, neighbouring regions and throughout Adelaide. Judges from the Rose Society of South Australia select the best blooms from classes of roses, cut flowers and floral arrangements, and the hundreds of floral exhibits create a visual delight. Set in the beautiful Angaston Town Hall, this annual show is complemented with light lunches and afternoon teas, which may be enjoyed while overlooking the exhibits. Trade stalls are there to tempt you with plants and produce.

FEAST - ADELAIDE'S LESBIAN AND GAY FESTIVAL
10-25 November
Feast takes a bite from almost every arts medium possible to produce a festival program that’s fun, funky and generally fantastic. Enjoy arts, film, music, theatre, dance and cabaret with a twist during Australia’s largest queer performing arts event. Adelaide is world renowned as the arts capital of the Southern Hemisphere, and during Feast the city kicks up its heels and becomes its party capital as well. Sit back and enjoy or strut your stuff.

CREDIT UNION CHRISTMAS PAGEANT
10 November
Join the hundreds of thousands of locals and visitors who line the city street route to watch this iconic Adelaide parade. This year, the Credit Union Christmas Pageant will celebrate 75 years of magic, and is set to be one of the most spectacular yet. Enjoy the colourful and fun-filled procession of floats, bands, dancing groups, clowns and walking sets bringing Christmas cheer to the streets of Adelaide. About 2,500 people will take part as the characters, dancers, clowns, musicians and drivers in the event, making it one of the best parades of its kind in the world.

CLELAND'S OFFICIAL 40 WILD DAYS BIRTHDAY BASH
11 November
Celebrate the birthday of this much-loved wildlife park in true Aussie style with a barbeque and a yarn. Meet the animals, catch a “wildshow”, have your face painted, watch the animals being fed and enjoy the entertainment by live bands, children’s entertainers and clowns.

CLASSIC ADELAIDE RALLY
21-25 November
Catch all the colour and history of the Classic Adelaide Rally, an annual tarmac rally for classic cars manufactured prior to 1 January 1982. Entrants will be made up of local, country, interstate and overseas drivers and their co-drivers/navigators. Since it was first run in 1997, the Aeromil Pacific Classic Adelaide has become one of the world's great rallies. It brings the sight, sound and colour of a bygone era to the doorstep of Adelaide

ADELAIDE INTERNATIONAL GUITAR FESTIVAL
23 November – 2 December
Join the music-lovers and performers as they celebrate one of the world's most iconic instruments - the guitar. For ten spine-tingling days, Adelaide will resonate to the sounds of guitar legends from around the world. This new, annual festival embraces guitar playing in all its forms, from blues, jazz and classical to experimental, Spanish, Brazilian and African.

ROBE VILLAGE FAIR
23-25 November
Robe Foreshore, Mundy Terrace, Robe
An extravaganza of food, wine, music, arts and crafts held in a beautiful seaside town. Kick off your weekend with a huge open air concert, breakfast like a king at the Robe Golf Club, sample the freshly caught seafood and local specialities, browse the craft market, mellow out with a glass of wine as you listen to live jazz, and enjoy the fireworks spectacular. There’s also plenty to entertain the kids, from puppet shows and face-painting to go-carts sandcastle building competitions.

LOXTON LIGHTS UP FESTIVAL
24 November - 31 December
East Terrace, Loxton
Join in as Loxton lights up with a huge day of family entertainment on 24 November. The day includes a spectacular fireworks display and plenty of food and drink. Children can also visit Santa and receive a small gift. Then the lights go on throughout the town for a magical display that lasts until the end of December.

Italian Month at Zema Estate

Twilight Tastings at Sinclair's Gully

Sinclair's Gully will be holding twilight tastings on Friday evenings this month with an emphasis on enjoying a glass of wine while listening to the sounds of Sinclair's Gully at dusk and enjoying the birds, including black cockatoos, as they fly in to settle for the evening. Southern Fleurieu Spring Garden Festival 2007

Have a great day out in some of the Fleurieu Peninsula's most beautiful gardens. Southern Ocean Art Prize

Set in the small seaside village of Robe, the Southern Ocean Art Prize attracts artists from all over Australia to display and discuss their works. This year for the first time, a sculpture section will be hosted with its own art prize. A series of art workshops will operate the week before and over the weekend, including acrylic painting, wire sculpture, felting and contemporary textiles.

Moonta Antiques and Collectables Weekend 2007

Open Garden at the Heritage Garden

Open weekend at the Heritage Garden is a weekend not to be missed by rose and garden lovers. Spend an enticing day among the perfumed garden beds and visit the vegetable gardens and orchards set among the rolling hills of the Skilly Valley. This special event is in aid of the Women's and Children's Hospital and the Royal Flying Doctor. Devonshire tea, coffee, wine and cheeses are included in the entry price.

Williamstown 150 Celebrations

Come Camp with BIG4

Various locations in South Australia
Join thousands of campers for a free night under the stars with the kids or a group of friends. In the safety and security of a tourist park, guests can experience the fresh air and relaxation, or alternatively the adventure and excitement, of camping out. Novices will be assisted with their tent set-up or swag unrolling, and are able to use the pool and kids club facilities. Special service for the event includes sausage sizzles, pancake breakfasts and trivia nights, with the option of reserving a powered or unpowered site. Each year the Murray Bridge Christmas Pageant winds its way through the town streets before concluding on the Sturt Reserve riverfront. Fireworks and the ‘Mega Fireball’ light up the night sky, while children can visit Santa and enjoy the rides and amusements. Sizwe Banzi Is Dead

Bringing Back the Butterflies

A celebration of these beautiful, delicate and often spectacular creatures. This exhibition, and accompanying campaign by Butterfly Conservation SA, promotes the planting of butterfly host plants (for caterpillars) and nectar plants (for adults) in urban Adelaide gardens to increase the population of native butterflies in metropolitan areas.

Ned Kelly: Fact or Fiction Exhibition

South Australian residents are being challenged to sort the fact and fiction surrounding the story of bushranger Ned Kelly in a National Museum of Australia exhibition on show at the Morgan Museum. The exhibition traces the story of the young man who gained notoriety as leader of the Kelly Gang, vowing to fight the authorities on behalf of the poor and oppressed, before he was captured and hanged in 1880.
